4 ways to keep going even when you feel hopeless. Sometimes in life, some people get fulfilment quite quickly, and for others, it is another story. You can find yourselves struggling to get some accomplishment. You may have the feeling to be on edge, run out of energy and ideas as you have tried countless different things, and nothing has worked.

One may as well feel like you have tried everything possible but to no avail. And all you can think about yourself is emptiness, the feeling of having nothing, no achievements. And this makes you frustrated, depressed, and unfulfilled. 

You are not alone. You will be surprised to learn that quite a lot of people find themselves in this situation, living a life which is not what they would have chosen for themselves.

Many reasons could lead to that, either life has happened, or you have given up trying because of some earlier failures you encounter. Whatever the reasons, you feel like there is nothing else to be done, think again! There is always something to be done. Here are 4 ideas to help you kick back on track

1 – IT IS POSSIBLE   

Like LES BROWN said ‘it is possible’. You JUST need the right mindset. Having the right mindset would shift your views and open new possibilities; you will not be held back by your failures. Instead, you will use them to fuel your ambitions.

Failures may be considered life experiences, from what we learn. It is possible to realize your dreams, but you need to want them and be unstoppable when trying to reach your goals. You have to believe in yourself, believe you can and then take action. 

2 – MAKE IT HAPPEN  

Whatever your dream, if it matters to you, you should do everything possible to attain it. It might not be easy, and you might experience failure after failure, but if you have the right mindset. You will reach your goals.

Once you convince yourself that it is possible, that you can achieve it, and that you have what it takes to make it, then make it happens.

First, you need to have a clear idea of how you want to proceed, defining clear steps to follow to achieve your dreams is necessary. The following steps make it more doable and achievable. Then do it, if it doesn’t work, change your tactic and redo it until it works.

3 – CHANGE   

When you believe that you are doing everything possible to make it happen, and it does not occur, maybe you need to change. It could be yourself (your attitude), it could be your approach (you do not have clear and define steps) or maybe you are just shaking the wrong tree.  

Whatever the issue, you can correct it. So you need to change.  Change yourself, work harder and more, and get out of your comfort zone.   Change your approach, break your plan into steps, and stick to them, be consistent and committed.  

4 – DO NOT EVER GIVE UP   

You should not let obstacles and difficulties in realizing your dreams put you off. No one said it would be easy if it were easy everyone would be doing it as LES BROWN said, and he adds, to do what other people will not do to have what other people will not have.

Giving up should not be an option. And as Ray Dalio said ‘’ you will think you have failed, but that won’t be true unless you give up.’’
